The Free-Random-Charm eligible items will receive a random charm upon purchase. This promotion is valid only immediately after purchase, and it is up to the customer whether they want the free charm.
Cash and CashApp are the only options currently offered. More options will be available in the future.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products purchased through our site. We are unable to provide refunds for mistaken purchases or for products you do not like. Please review your order carefully before completing the transaction.
What is your shipping policy?
No, unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer shipping for our products. We appreciate your patience and look forward to providing this service soon!
What is Local Pickup?
Customers must collect their order from the designated location. You must schedule the pickup date for the order at purchase within 7 days.
Do the keychains come in other colors?
Not yet, but they will have alternate color options soon!
How do I place an order?
Head over to the Contact Us page and send a message with the desired order. We work on a first come, first served basis meaning orders will be handled in the order that they are received.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled, without penalty, if done before the order request confirmation is acknowledged. All others will be subjected to losing the security payment for the order.
